  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! Buyer will be responsible for additional fees though.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Please allow at least a week for the product to be made before shipping.
    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • What does Local Price mean?

    This mean that if you buy local (within the area I am in) you can get a discounted price. This also provides you the option for a free pick up.

  • What does Local Free Pick Up mean?

    It means that there will be no shipping cost as long as you come pick up your ordered item(s).

  • Can I combine shipping on an order with multiple items?

    Yes! Just let me know before you place your order. I need to know what items you are wanting to purchase and what your address is. Then I will be able to give you a quote on the shipping.

  • Could I get a discount for buying multiple items?

    Depends. The pixel art is eligible for a discount when multiple ones are purchased and most dreamcatchers are eligible. Wreaths I can not do discounts since it costs so much to make one. This also goes for Fairy Hideout.
